Volunteers Needed: Become a Watershed Warrior Today!

We’re so excited to announce the launch of Watershed Warriors, a new volunteer program dedicated to building awareness, connection, and community around the health of our home watershed.

As the program launches, our focus is on outreach and District support: sharing knowledge, starting conversations, and helping people understand why the Fountain Creek Watershed matters in everyday life. Through community engagement and accessible educational resources, we aim to make watershed stewardship something everyone can be a part of.

To become a Watershed Warrior, create a volunteer profile, and sign up for any shift that works for your schedule on the Watershed Warrior volunteer calendar below. Click on the calendar to expand and see the available shifts.

Descriptions of the shift, including time, overviews, and locations, will be listed. Hands-on training with an FCWD staff member will be provided during the volunteer opportunity. From community events and education to programs like the Brewshed® Alliance and Creek Week Cleanup, new opportunities will be added regularly, so check back often!
